The system provides full life-cycle for electronic receipt, review and administration of grants for extramural biomedical researchers and offers line of business for several Operational Divisions (OPDIVs) within Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) including NIH, Agency for Health Research and Quality (AHRQ), The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) as well as the Veterans Administration (VA), The US Department of Defense (DoD) and the National Science Foundation (NSF).
He has developed, guided and participated in hands-on architectural and implementation work for a large, enterprise level infrastructure in a fast-paced, agile, client-oriented environment. Defined and enforced best practices for new tools and technologies to meet both, new business requirements and evolving technical requirements. Designed, developed and migrated eRA applications to secure AWS Infrastructure and processes supporting it. He Spearheaded instituting Infrastructure as Code practices and DevOps pipeline. Mr. Sood’s role in ToothCe LLC is in implementing the LMS and business management of the company as the founding partner and Vice President.
